The Waranyjarri Stage 11 project was a crucial civil works development aimed at delivering residential homesites to meet increasing demand. Additionally, this stage included the construction of a childcare centre adjacent to Broome North Primary School, enhancing community infrastructure.
Scope of Works
As the Head Contractor, we were responsible for the successful execution of key civil works, including:
- Bulk earthworks and site preparation
- Roadworks and paving
- Installation of essential utilities such as power, water, and sewer systems
- Stormwater drainage system implementation
- Construction of infrastructure for a new childcare facility
Outcome
Despite these challenges, the project was delivered within the agreed timeframe of 9 months, with minimal variations and full compliance with quality standards.
